Save your files, destroy the box and start fresh.
First you have to remove mysql server
sudo apt-get remove --purge mysql-server mysql-client mysql-common sudo apt-get autoremove sudo apt-get autoclean
then install mariadb
sudo apt-get install software-properties-common sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 0xcbcb082a1bb943db sudo add-apt-repository 'deb [arch=amd64,i386] http://sfo1.mirrors.digitalocean.com/mariadb/repo/10.1/ubuntu trusty main' sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install mariadb-server
In your homestead.yaml file, use
mariadb: - homestead
You can try removing the PPAs you added to try to install MariaDB. They seem to be where the errors are coming from.
sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:whatever/path/to/ppa
It looks like there are 2 PPAs at issue based on your screenshot.
I would also uninstall any MariaDB components you tried installing before you remove the PPAs
