c - How to convert weka multilayer perceptron output to matlab code

i am trying to convert weka multilayer perceptron output to matlab code so that i can use this code for classify the new inputs.

weka output is shown below. i know the theory about MLP algorithm. but dont know how can i convert weka output to matlab code. what is the equation for sigmoid node 0 . out put is shown below. i try in this way .

node0= node4(weight)+node5(weight)+node6(weight);

node0 = 1 / (1 + exp(-node0));

if(node0 < threshold)

node0 = 0;

end

i did it for all nodes but the output is not correct.
